Working Hours

All reasonable hours including early evening can be worked but urgent work may be subject to an agreed premium.

In the unlikely event of a client considering there has been a breach of confidentality or any other problem this must be reported in writing within seven days.

My liability is limited to £100 or an average months business whichever is the greater.

The law of Scotland is to be used if there is any dispute not covered by the above.

Payment

I require contact details and acknowledgement to pay preferably net seven days from the date of invoice.

BACS payment in £ sterling is preferred rather than cheques; neither debit nor credit cards can be processed.
