the client and transcribe them into Word documents, which are returned to the client by e-mail. This system can provide
a very fast response when required.
AVG Internet Security is used on both the incoming and
outgoing mail.
I use Microsoft Office Professional 2003 and I am
familiar with most of the features having been a personal secretary for several years.
Other secretarial duties such as databases can be offered by the client dictating instructions and sending the voice
file to the VA. I would then action the client's instructions.
If the client provides templates
for their documents then fully formatted documents can be returned by e-mail.
